Meet our executive team

Message from our CEO

From humble beginnings in 1999 with just a handful of staff in Grande Prairie, Alberta, our company has grown to hundreds of dedicated employees with locations across Canada. We are extremely proud of where we came from, where we are today, and where we are going tomorrow. Driven by a passion at all levels of our organization to service our customers’ needs in a safe, responsive, and reliable fashion, we are united in our mission to safely deliver the most cost-effective and environmentally responsible site access solutions.

Protecting the environment has always been the “why” in our business—it’s what our products are designed for. We continue our practice of environmental stewardship by choosing primary wood suppliers that are committed to sustainable forest management and reforestation initiatives, ensuring the preservation of this renewable resource for generations to come. We also recognize that in today’s world we need to go above and beyond the sourcing and application of our products, to do our part to protect the environment. In response, we have rolled out several new programs, including carbon tracking and reduction initiatives and end-of-life wood product recycling, which will further reduce our environmental footprint in the future.

It has always been our practice to meaningfully engage Indigenous communities and people in whose territories we operate. Through this engagement, we have achieved meaningful and mutually beneficial business relationships. We continue to build our awareness and respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions, and acknowledge our role in economic reconciliation. Since the very beginning, we have strived to supply premium products and create quality customer experiences in concert with being an employer of choice. The safety, growth, and development of our team members has been the foundation of our business, and the resulting success throughout our history is a testament to this. Our future will be no different, as we have created a culture of excellence, allowing us to attract and retain the very best industry professionals. Our employees are our greatest asset, and the development of a challenging and supportive workplace enables our people to nurture and grow their talents.

Thank you for visiting with us.
