Quebec Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the Sales Rep along with the Quebec Superintendent, the Quebec Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall administration needs in the Quebec Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Job Requests & Job Registry maintenance
  • Hotel & Flight bookings
  • Process the daily job packs/ reports submitted from job site supervisor
  • Marketing, Social Media Updates
  • Supporting Bid Tenders
  • Track & Report progress on large scale projects
  • Co-Ordinate Mail and Couriers
  • Welcoming visitors and providing information about the company when needed
  • Schedule Meetings / Minute Taking
  • Bridge & Mat Quote Generators (formatting and maintaining)
  • Assistance with HSE
  • Inside Sales Assistance
  • Payroll Data Entry
  • Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to be discrete and maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including oral, written, networking and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Effective problem solving and conflict management skills
  • Great attitude
  • Excellent computer skills – Power Point, Excel, MS Office

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of administration in a sales driven culture
  • MS Office experience a must
  • Customer service experience
  • Bridge and Matting product knowledge a definite asset

Education Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business/sales an asset
  • Clean Driving Abstract/License
