Sustainably Sourced Timber
Our mats are crafted from lumber sourced from the renewable forests of British Columbia. We prioritize buying wood from companies dedicated to reforestation and sustainability, including the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®), Sustainable Forestry Initiative Inc. (SFI®), and/or PEFC, The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC). Our lumber is sourced directly from local British Columbia sawmills, fostering economic partnerships with Indigenous communities. Choosing NMB means supporting the responsible stewardship of Indigenous fibre.
