Accounts Receivable & Projects Administrator

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable & Projects Administrator is responsible for
providing AR & Project specific administration support to the Northern Mat & Bridge team. The
Administrator will work alongside a team including sales, operations and inventory control to
ensure that all designated administrative needs are effectively managed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking Customer Purchase Orders and Quote values compared to invoiced amounts
  • Maintaining Ticket Tracking spreadsheet
  • Performing general contracts administration
  • Processing/filing all job related paperwork
  • Assist the AR team with invoicing
  • Other duties when required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Work independently

Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office/admin capacity
  • MS Office experience a must (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 40+ wpm typing speed a must

Education Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Education
  • Post-Secondary Education in Administration an asset
  • Class 5 License
